USA Network has announced that its longest running original drama, Burn Notice, has been renewed for a seventh season. On the air since 2007, the series has remained one of the network's top shows, and will be its third ever to reach the 100 episode mark.

“Burn Notice is like a fine wine that gets better with age,” said network Co-Presidents Chris McCumber and Jeff Wachtel. “Delivering high-octane action, gripping drama and nearly 7 million viewers for the mid-season finale, this veteran series is a proven staple of our portfolio.”

The second half of the show's sixth season returns tonight with a special two-hour episode, and will continue through to the end of the year. USA ordered 13 new episodes for Season 7 of Burn Notice, which will return later in 2013.

FX announced yesterday that Wilfred has been renewed for Season 3. The network has ordered 13 new episodes of the comedy for next year.

The Elijah Wood-starring series premiered in 2011 and has so far aired two 13-episode seasons, with Season 2 concluding late last month.

Season 3 of Wilfred is pegged for a June 2013 return.

It is being reported that AMC has renewed Hell on Wheels for a third season. The network has ordered 10 new episodes of western drama, though creators Joe and Tony Gayton will no longer be involved with the show on a daily basis going forward.

USA Network has announced that sophomore series Suits has been renewed for a third season. The show has continued to be a solid performer, earning the distinction of being this summer's top drama on cable among adults 18-49.

HBO announced today that Boardwalk Empire has been renewed for a fourth season. The Emmy Award-winning drama, which chronicles the life of "Nucky" Thompson during 1920s prohibition in Atlantic City, only recently began its third season on September 16, 2012.

“Terry Winter, Martin Scorsese and the rest of their outstanding team continue to produce a stunning show that never fails to surprise and entertain,” said the network's president of programming, Michael Lombardo. “We are excited to bring this unique series back for a fourth season.”

TNT has announced that sophomore drama Franklin & Bash has been renewed for a third season. The series stars Breckin Meyer and Mark-Paul Gosselaar as two street-smart lawyers and longtime friends who are recruited into a legendary, but uptight, law firm.

“Franklin & Bash, with its winning cast and some of the sharpest dialogue on television, is a refreshingly clever, light-hearted take on the courtroom drama,” said network executive VP Michael Wright in a press release. “We look forward to spending another season with Breckin, Mark-Paul and the rest of the terrific cast and crew of Franklin & Bash.”

Perception stars McCormack as a brilliant but mentally damaged neuroscientist/professor named Dr. Daniel Pierce, who is brought in to help the FBI with some of its harder to solve cases. He was recommended for the job by his former student Kate Moretti (Rachel Leigh Cook), who now works as a special agent at the bureau. Other cast members include Arjay Smith (Nickelodeon's former "Allen Strange"), The O.C.'s Kelly Rowan, Battlestar Galactica's Jamie Bamber, and Star Trek: TNG's LeVar Burton as Dr. Pierce's boss at the university.

The character will be encountering an older version of himself the second episode of season 2, and according to The Hollywood Reporter, the elder version of the character won't be played by actor Jake Johnson in make-up. Instead, he'll be played by Justified actor Raymond J. Barry.

Barry will play a character who claims to be an older version of inventor Nick. When he shows up at Nick's bar claiming to be from the future, Nick is fascinated to hear the drunken man's version of his future.

New guest stars for New Girl's second season include Parker Posey, Anna Maria Horsford, and Nelson Franklin.

At Showtime's TCA panel earlier today, the network announced that The Big C has been renewed for a final season, which will be the show's fourth.

Four hour-long episodes will conclude the series, which is expected to return in 2013 although no concrete details have been confirmed at this time.
