	They are working under the eyeof acclaimed chef Jozef Youssef\, who honed 
	his craft in someof the world's greatest Michelin kitchens and who now wor
	kstirelessly with artists and scientists\, devising dishes thatcreate the 
	ultimate multisensory experience in fine dining. Thecontestants embark on
