	tional restaurant.Working in tight-spaced surroundings andsharing workspac
	e\, the five contenders will have their workcut out to impress 25 movers a
	nd shakers in the food industry\,including some big-name pop-up success st
	ories. These peopleknow what it takes to succeed and will expect to be blo
	wn awayby the dishes on offer. The chef who impresses the most will berewa
	rded with a pass straight through to the semi-finals.Thefour who fail to c
