	edient shine on the plate. John and Gregg willdeliver aprons to the two be
	st\, who will then skip the nextround.There's no rest for the four remaini
	ng who can forgetheir way to one of the last two aprons by showing the jud
	gesthey can think on their feet. Creativity will be key as theyare asked t
	o prepare a humble salad using an array of tastygoodies\, including chicke
	n\, fennel\, salmon fillets\,tomatoes and bacon. There are just two stipul
	ations – it mustinclude a caesar dressing and blow the socks off judges 
	Johnand Gregg. Making a stand-out salad might not be as easy as itseems.Fo
	r the final challenge\, the four remaining contendersgo head-to-head servi
	ng up eight plates of food in one hour and15 minutes. In addition to the j
	udges\, their best two-coursemenu will be tasted by three diners who now h
	ave 14 years'experience of working in the food industry – 2010 MasterChe
	fchampion\, Dhruv Baker\, and runners-up Tim Kinnaird and AlexRushmer. The
	y will be looking for flavour pairings that workharmoniously on a plate\, 
	with glimmers of originality andsomething that makes them sit up and take 
	notice.With thediners' feedback in hand\, it's then down to John and Gregg
	 todish out the result. Three will have big smiles on their facesas they h
	ead into this week's quarter-final.
