	Rouxculinary dynasty\, Le Gavroche was the first restaurant in theUK to be
	 awarded three Michelin stars. The finalists will havethe honour of taking
	 charge of one of the last ever restaurantservices\, guided by Michel Roux
	 Jr. himself. They will eachcook one of the restaurant's classic dishes wh

	serving these dishes to a dining room that includes reveredchefs who have
