DESCRIPTION:Finals week continues on MasterChef: The Professionals\, wit
	hjust three of the country's most exciting chefs still in with ashot at th
	e title. Their culinary minds will be blown as theycook for one of the wor
	ld's most exciting talents in a remotesetting that will take their breath 
	away.The contestants arewhisked away to the town of Baltimore\, in County 
	Cork\,Ireland\, home to the two Michelin-starred Turkish restaurant\,Dede.
	 The restaurant is run by trailblazing chef Ahmet Dede\,who delivers the f
	inest Turkish and Irish seasonal produce onplates that celebrate both cult
	ures. Many of the plates comefrom Ahmet's cherished memories growing up an
	d are very closeto his heart. Cuisine this unique will be a first for the 
	finalthree\, who will start their journey by catering a lunch forsome spec
	ially invited guests. Before they can do this\, thefinalists need to under
	stand Ahmet's ethos.Chef Ahmet himselfwill cook a few of his favourite dis
	hes in an outdoor kitchen.These include an extraordinary kebab dish and a 
	recipe thatcombines the finest Irish beef with flavours from the OttomanEm
	pire. The level of detail here is off the scale\, and theplates require a 
	delicate touch like no other.Armed withinspiration\, the finalists will th
	en travel to Inish Beg\, aprivate island estate with over 97 acres of spec
	tacularwoodland and gardens. Outdoor kitchens have been set up in thestunn
	ing walled garden\, from which the finalists will need toprepare lunch for
	 Ahmet's family and friends. Their own lunchmenu will include plates of fo
	od inspired by the earliermasterclass that are based on their passions and
	 memories. Aselection of the finest local ingredients is available\, along
	with a larder packed with some of Ahmet's Turkish favourites.Cooking with 
	live flames\, at the mercy of the Irish weather\,will no doubt add extra p
	ressure to an already stressfulsituation.The finalists will need to find t
	heir feet quickly\,as they will be thrown in at the deep end\, joining Ahm
	et'selite brigade of chefs for a lunchtime service. They will eachbe respo
	nsible for two dishes from Dede's tasting menu\, whichcan sometimes take t
	he most experienced chef months to master.This includes a dessert inspired
	 by his daughter - so nobodywill want to let him down.Today's diners inclu
