	ve oversight threatens toderail their task completely. Elsewhere on the te
	am there's aparty pooper\, as one candidate's attempts to keep a tight rei
	non the budget risk spoiling the day for the birthday girl.Onthe other tea
	m\, efforts to make merry with the kids fall flatwhen an overzealous doubl
	e act lead a lacklustre assaultcourse. Things go from bad to worse with a 
	mix up over thebirthday cake and a blunder with the party gifts. Faced wit
	hdisgruntled customers\, the blame game starts and the partyfalls flat.As
