	 minutes to select the ingredients and 70 minutesto cook\, the chefs' dish
	es need to really stand out as onlyfour chefs will get the\n\nchance to co
	ok for the critics. Forthe other two\, it is the end of the competition.Th
	e fourremaining chefs now face a test that has seen even the bestcrumble u
	nder the pressure - the critics test. They must cooktheir own two-course m
	enu that will be scrutinized by thejudges and three of the UK's most exper
