DESCRIPTION:It is semi-finals week and the competition is sizzling withf
	resh new talent. MasterChef presenter Gregg Wallace teams upwith chef Moni

	 this year's MasterChef: TheProfessionals Champion.In this programme\, the
	 remaining eightchefs face a double-headed beast of a challenge in theMast
	erChef kitchen. It is do or die as they stake their claimto the competitio
	n and the opportunity to cook in some of themost influential and unique ki
	tchens in the UK. The firstchallenge the eight chefs face is cooking again
	st each other tocreate a dish inspired by a poignant food memory. For thej
	udges\, this dish must evoke the flavour and sense of occasionthat ignited
	 the chefs' passion for food. From fruit picking toa first taste of fine d
	ining\, the chefs need to dig deep forinspiration\, cook up a storm in an 
	hour and 45 minutes\, andin turn inspire the judges to send them straight 
	through to thenext round.The remaining chefs must return to fight again in
	the MasterChef kitchen to secure one of the remaining fourplaces in the ne
	xt round. They face an invention test wherethey are tasked with creating o
	ne unique and flawless dish. Thetwist for the chefs is that for those that
	 cooked savoury inthe first round they now cook sweet and vice versa. With
	 thisplate of food\, the judges' expectations are high\, so it isimperativ
	e that the chefs' ingenuity and skill shine through orthey will forfeit th
	eir place in the next semi-final challenge.After this hard-fought battle\,
	 two chefs will be asked toleave the competition. The six who remain will 
	continue ontheir path in pursuit of the MasterChef: The Professionalstitle
	 2018.
