	hallenge for the 12 chefs is tocook against each other in the most intense
	 invention test ofthe competition. They need to impress the three judges w
	ith onespectacular plate of food created from a heaving table of freshswee
	t and savoury ingredients. But Monica and Marcus haveraised the bar a litt
	le higher and challenge the chefs to themax by removing all the modern kit
	chen gadgets from theMasterChef kitchen. In the absence of a sous-vide or 
	waterbath\, the emphasis is on classic cooking skills - plain andsimple. W
	ith two hours and 15 minutes to create an innovativeplate of exquisite foo
	d\, they must seize this opportunity tomake an impact on the judges. Only 
	eight chefs will beguaranteed to move onto the next round.The weakest four
