This year's first quarter-final sees the strongest five chefsfrom the first two heats return to battle it out in theMasterChef Kitchen.First up, it's an Invention Test where thechefs must think on their feet and create a stand-out brunchdish. They have just ten minutes to choose their ingredientsfrom a selection of meats, fish, fruit, vegetables, eggsand breads, followed by 70 minutes to execute their dishes toperfection.
