Roger Mooking is in Michigan and Wisconsin for the ultimatemeat fest in the Midwest. In Lake Geneva, Wis., Roger meetsDimitri Anagnos, who runs Popeye's, a Greek restaurant with amonster rotisserie. Roger and Dimitri load up several hundredpounds of lamb and pork over the hot coals, which are used forunique sandwiches. Then in Omena, Mich., Roger visits EpicureCatering to meet owner Andy Schudlich. Roger helps Andy load upwith pit with enough coals in order to slow roast threeporchettas, which are served with a grilled ratatouille.
