The CW announced today that Arrow has been renewed for a fourth season. The veteran action drama continues to be one of the network's best-performing shows. It helped pave the way for spin-off series The Flash, which launched last fall as The CW's newest breakout hit. With the two series set in the same universe, they can benefit from occasional crossover episodes, one of which has already occurred for each show.
