In August of 1996, Debbie Dorian, a 22-year-old Fresno Statestudent, was found dead in her apartment with her eyes, noseand mouth covered with duct tape. While authorities searchedfor the perpetrator of this horrific crime, an early DNA testled them to arrest someone, but just two weeks later, a moreadvanced DNA test proved he was not the man responsible. Then, a string of sexual assaults leads to new evidencepointing to the killer.
