The remaining contestants are tasked with cooking their owninterpretation of a southern staple, and are judged by ChefRamsay and surprise guest judge Chris Hastings, the executivechef of Hot and Hot Fish Club. The winners will enjoy aSouthern-themed reward, while the losing team must prepare forboth team's dinner service by grinding pieces of corn andshelling shrimp. The dinner service begins with determinationto impress Chef Ramsay and the VIP Guests: NBA player J.JRedick, recording artist Blake Lewis, actress Mircea Monroeand entrepreneur and reality TV star Adrienne Maloof. Stressrises within the teams, and Ramsay makes a shocking decisionthat leaves the chefs speechless.
