It's the final heat of MasterChef: The Professionals, and thelast four hopefuls arrive in the kitchen eager to show theyhave what it takes in two challenges set by Anna, Marcus andGregg.First up is the dreaded Skills Test. Marcus asks thefirst two chefs to prep a pigeon, cook it on the crown andserve the breasts with a pigeon and Madeira sauce. The othertwo contenders face Anna's test, to make a filo pastry millefeuille with layers of tropical fruit and piped coconut.Next,all four chefs have one last chance to demonstrate to judgestheir style, technical skill and culinary imagination in theSignature Menu challenge. In one hour and 30 minutes, the heatis on to cook two dishes of their own design that will wowAnna, Marcus and Gregg and show who deserves to stay in thecompetition.Only the two best chefs will return for thequarter-finals and forge ahead in their bid to be crownedMasterChef: The Professionals champion 2022.

When Tim announces the first Thanksgiving actually took placein Virginia, Tickle smokes a Virginia ham in honor of theoccasion, while champions Amanda, Richard and Daniel face offto run the best holiday liquor to complete the Thanksgivingfeast.

Mark and Digger skirt the law and make scotch in a pot stilldesigned by Popcorn Sutton. Mark, Huck and Amanda have theircopper stolen while Richard and Daniel use game cameras toprotect their stills.

It's the last week of heats, and four more ambitious chefs setout to prove they have what it takes to win the title. In orderto progress in the competition, they must impress in adaunting Skills Test and then cook two dishes of their owncreation in the Signature Menu round. Only the chefs who candemonstrate the all-round skills, technique and flair of afuture champion will make it through to the quarter-final.Twochefs are set a Skills Test by Marcus Wareing, who asks themto fillet a sea bream, steam one portion and serve it with anAsian-style broth and rice. Anna Haugh tests the skills of theother two chefs when she asks them to make beetroot tortelliniwith a goat's cheese and walnut filling, served with warmbeetroot vinaigrette.Finally, the four chefs have one lastchance to win over the judges when they each cook theirtwo-course Signature Menu. They have one hour and 30 minutes toperfectly execute their tried and tested recipes for Anna,Marcus and Gregg. They must deliver on presentation, techniqueand taste if they want to secure their future in thecompetition. The two weakest contenders will be sent home.
