Gordon pits two teams against each other to createan enticing menu for a delivery-only restaurant that will servehungry office workers in Downtown Los Angeles. The teams mustcook in a pared down "ghost kitchen" to create food that hasconsistent quality and can be easily delivered. As thecustomers will be ordering on a food delivery app, the teamshave to take visually appealing photos of the food and marketit to the local workers. The team that receives the bestfeedback from experts wins the challenge. One person from theteam with the least favorable feedback from the guest panelwill be eliminated.

The "United Tastes of America" auditions conclude with chefsfrom the South. Each contestant has 45 minutes to prepare asignature dish that will impress the judges and secure the fiveremaining spots in the Top 20.
