They have one hour and 20 minutes to showcasetheir creativity, skill and flair in a dish inspired by a timein their lives when food was especially important to them.Theten are split into two groups for the cooking, but ultimatelyare all competing against each other. They must aim forperfection, as only the five strongest contenders will gostraight through to the next round.The other five will have tocook again in an Invention Test round. Given a selection of theleftovers from the previous challenge, they have one hour and30 minutes to produce a dish that wows the judges and securestheir place in the competition.
