Onlythe most exciting and brilliant three chefs will make itthrough to the all-important final cook-off.First, eachfinalist is asked to create a dish inspired by a place close totheir heart. When you eat amazing food, you remember where youwere, and now they must transport the judges through the tasteof their food. Imagination, technical excellence anddelightful flavours are the order of the day.Then, the chefsface a new and formidable challenge when they are asked to cooka show-stopping dish of their own creation for a dining roomfull of some of the UK's leading food critics. Jay Rayner,William Sitwell, Leyla Kazim, Jimi Famurewa and April Jacksongather with high expectations and an appetite for spottingtalent. The chefs have cooked for critics before, but now theymust deliver on a whole new level, as this time the criticswill help judge who deserves a place in the final three.In thekitchen, the chefs have two and half hours to create theirdish. They need to give it everything they've got, serving upa plate of food that showcases their ambition, mastery oftechnique, culinary knowledge and refined palate. In short,they need to cook the best food of their lives.

The final 3 teams travel 3,000 miles to race through Nashvillefor the final showdown, where they must deliver guitars andplay a giant floor piano to win the million prize.

The remaining 6 castaways must get the ball rolling to win thereward challenge and earn a sweet treat. Also, castaways needto hang in there during the immunity challenge to secure theirspot in the final 5.
