The finalists will havethe honour of taking charge of one of the last ever restaurantservices, guided by Michel Roux Jr. himself. They will eachcook one of the restaurant's classic dishes which catapulted itto stardom. If that's not demanding enough, they will beserving these dishes to a dining room that includes reveredchefs who have also grafted in this very kitchen, includinglegendary three-star chef Pierre Koffmann, MasterChef's ownMonica Galetti and Michel Roux Jr's daughter, Emily. They knowthe standards expected and will be hoping the finalists delivera stunning menu befitting of this iconic restaurant before itcloses its doors forever.It's then back to the MasterChefkitchen, where just one challenge separates the contendersfrom this year's final. John and Gregg will be looking for themto deliver one exceptional plate of food that has specialmeaning, relates to something or someone they love and comesstraight from the heart. This is for a place in the finalthree, so nothing short of spectacular will do the trick.Atthe end, our grand finalists will be chosen, each of whomwill be within touching distance of this year's trophy.
