Schnitzel and beer keep the celebration going inthe entree round. And the judges are impressed by the complexdesserts that the two finalists make from spaetzle andchocolate sausage.

The chefs are shocked to find out that in this specialepisode, bizarre foods will be found in all the baskets. Inthe first round, a strange bird part and a stinky young fruitare two of the surprises in the baskets. Then the three chefswho get a shot at the entree round must turn some very hotcandies and some ugly offal into beautiful, balanced dishes.And something purple and something fermented make for a verydifficult dessert round.
