Lee Thompson Young was an American actor. He was known for his teenage role as the title character on the Disney Channel television series The Famous Jett Jackson. His death is considered one of the most recent and tragic child star deaths and died by a gunshot to the head and was ruled a suicide. He died on August 19, 2003 at the age of 29.
