Shameless Gets Another Season

It is being reported that Showtime has renewed Shameless for a sixth season. The news was announced earlier today by Showtime president David Nevis at the Television Critic's Association's winter press tour. The cable network has ordered 12 episodes for Season 6, which is expected to air in early 2016.
