Undercover Boss is an American reality television series, based on the British series of the same name. CBS has renewed the show for a seventh season. The long-running workplace reality series continues to find an audience and has done well for the network in its Friday night time slot. The show will surpass the 100-episode mark during the 2015-2016 season.
