The remaining teams must turn all their patisserie experienceon its head by creating 24 identical reimagined custard tartsand 24 cotton cheesecakes. In their second gruellingchallenge, the teams have five hours to turn the spectacle ofcarnival into astounding showpiece structures adorned withexotic flavoured desserts. Whose custard tarts will see themthrough to the next round, and who will have egg on their faceand be going home for good?

It's the iconic twin's challenge. Each team must utilize anappliance in their 90-minute dessert cook, aiming foridentical dishes, despite only being able to shoutinstructions at each other.
