It's the last MasterChef: The Professionals quarter-final, andthe four best chefs from this week's heats return to theMasterChef kitchen where Monica and Marcus turn up the heatwith two more tough challenges. Things kick off with anInvention Test, followed by the return of three formidablecritics who will cast their beady eyes over the chefs'creations. Only the cream of the crop will win one of the lastcoveted places in Knockout Week.The first challenge requiresthe four chefs to deliver a dish that represents sunshine – abright, light and colourful dish that transports the diner tosunnier climes. To help, the larder is packed with freshseafood, tropical fruits and summer vegetables. The chefs willneed to demonstrate an inventive streak and the technical skillto back it up.
