It's time for them to get their creativejuices flowing as they aim to deliver a sweet, fruitymasterpiece that shows they mean business.Next up, all fourchefs come face-to-face as they each dig deep into theirculinary box of tricks to pull out a two-course Signature Menuthat, if everything goes well, will leave the judges wantingmore. They have just 90 minutes to prove they have enough inthe tank to be real contenders for the title.A tough decisionfollows as the judges select the chefs who deserve a place inthis week's quarter-final, leading them one step closer totheir dream of becoming MasterChef: The Professionals champion2023.
