They will have all theingredients laid out for them, so even if they've never evenheard of a Welsh cake, they should be able to work things out.It won't be easy, though, under the intense glare of thejudges.Next, it's the signature round, where theprofessionals are under the spotlight with their own food andare expected to seriously shine. Tasked with cooking twocourses that sum them up as a chef, these hopefuls need toprove to the judges that they mean business.The judges step upto select the best chefs destined for this week'squarter-final, leaving the others to find their MasterChefjourney has come to an end.
