Sammi Kane Kraft was an American recording artist, child actress and baseball player. She stared in the "Bad News Bears "remake, and was featured in an ESPN.com Page 2 story about her athletic skills, and competed in the Junior Olympics. While in a car as a passenger, it was rear ended by a semi truck and subsequently crushed into another vehicle. She died from injuries sustained in the accident on October 9, 2012 at the age of 20.
