Burt Reynolds is an American actor, director and producer who has starred in many films, and has made millions of dollars from them all and from all his awards. However, after Burt saw how much money he was making he started spending like crazy. This caused him to go broke. In the late 70s and early 80s, the Smokey and the Bandit hunk was number one at the box office, five years in a row, and the record is still undefeated, but an ugly divorce from his ex-wife, Loni Anderson, and a failed restaurant chain resulted in Chapter 11 bankruptcy in 1996. Fifteen years later, his mansion was foreclosed on due to terrible investments.
