Known as former Miss Venezuela, was killed on Jan. 6 along with her ex-husband Henry Thomas Berry after resisting a robbery in Caracas, Venezuela. According to authorities, the pair had been awaiting a tow truck to assist them after their car broke down when the attack occurred. Spear was 29.
