Crazy Ex-Girlfriend is an American musical comedy drama television series about a young woman that abandons a choice job at a law firm and her life in New York in an attempt to find love in the unlikely locale of West Covina, California. The network has ordered five find a substantial audience through the first half of its freshman season despite high critical praise. The pickup extends the show's original 13-episodes to a total of 18.
