Ray Sadecki has died from complication of blood cancer, he was seventy-three. Sadecki played for eighteen seasons and helped the St. Louis Cardinals win the 1964 World Series. He started the Major League in 1960 when he was only nineteen. He was traded to the San Francisco Giants in 1966. He was a left hander and had a 135-131 career record with a 3.78 ERA.
