American Odyssey is an American thriller television series and the network has canceled the freshman drama after one season. Word spread on social media after some involved with the show took to Twitter with the bad news. Those following the ratings for this series likely saw the writing on the wall for some time now. Though it premiered with good numbers for its first episode back in April, viewership fell to less than half that by its third week. Although, the network did air the show's full first season.
