Beauty & the Beast is an American television series, very loosely inspired by the 1987 CBS series of the same name. A beautiful detective falls in love with an ex-soldier who goes into hiding from the secret government organization that turned him into a mechanically charged beast. CW has renewed it for a fourth season.
