Kopus hides the money he found atMac’s house. The Jensen family attends Mac’s funeral andare greeted awkwardly by Marie. Jean meets a medicine woman whotells her of an alternative treatment that may help herschizophrenia. Kopus shows up to the funeral and nearly incitesa riot, but manages to pay his respects. He also runs into Skywho tells him about the casino men who may be involvedwithMac’s death and connected to his father. Kopus visits Jack inprison, who gives him very little information. Harold goes tofind Junior and brings him into the station but cuts theinterview short. Jean gets a call that Dorothy Warren has died.She goes over to their house to comfort Captain Warren and tohelp him pick out clothes for the funeral. Jean leaves feelingpurposeful, but her visit can’t cure the Captain’s guiltand sadness.
