During the cook, the hog is mopped with spicy vinegar.Roger helps Aaron smoke 30 racks of pork ribs in an offsetsmoker and steam clusters of locally harvested oysters in acustom rig. It's a magnificent low-country feast featuring atypical pig picking and a classic oyster roast.
