CBS announced today that Elementary has been renewed for a fifth season. The veteran procedural drama, which has remained a formidable entry in the network's lineup, will reach the 100-episode milestone when it returns for the 2016-2017 season.
Along with Elementary, CBS issued early renewals to six of its other veteran dramas including Hawaii Five-0, Madam Secretary, Scorpion, Blue Bloods, NCIS: Los Angeles, and NCIS: New Orleans. The network's freshman dramas - including Supergirl, Code Black, and Limitless - are still awaiting their fates.

Fox announced that Brooklyn Nine-Nine has been renewed for a fourth season. The award-winning comedy, which stars SNL alum Andy Samberg, has been a decent performer for the network in its Tuesday night time slot. Along with Brooklyn Nine-Nine, the network also handed out an early renewal today to The Last Man on Earth. Other Fox comedies still awaiting news include New Girl, The Grinder, Grandfathered, and Cooper Barrett's Guide to Surviving Life.

A&E has cancelled veteran procedural Unforgettable after four seasons. The Poppy Montgomery-led series went through a lot of ups and downs over the course of its run, airing on two different networks and being cancelled a total of three times now.

NBC announced today that Days of our Lives has been renewed for a 51st season. The long-running series began over half a century ago, premiering in 1965 as a half-hour drama and expanding to a full hour 10 years later. The show has won a total of 43 Daytime Emmy Awards, including last year's win for Outstanding Daytime Drama.

The new comedy is pulled from the schedule.
It is being reported that CBS has cancelled Angel From Hell after just five episodes. The freshman comedy, which starred Jane Lynch, drew modest ratings in its Thursday night time slot, but ultimately fell short of expectations.
Beginning February 18, new episodes of 2 Broke Girls will be taking over on Thursdays at 9:30pm. Until then, a repeat of The Big Bang Theory will air in its place this week.

NBC Renews Shades Of Blue

The Jennifer Lopez drama nabs Season 2.
NBC announced today that mid-season replacement Shades of Blue has been renewed for a second season. The freshman drama, which stars Jennifer Lopez in her first lead role in a scripted prime time series, premiered in early January and has drawn solid ratings through its first five episodes.
Season 1 of Shades of Blue is currently airing on Thursday nights, and is slated to run for 13 episodes. No details on Season 2 have been released at this time.

The popular dramedy gets three more seasons.
Netflix announced this morning that Orange Is The New Black has been renewed for three additional seasons. Today's pickup will see the hit prison dramedy through at least Season 7. It was also confirmed that creator Jenji Kohan, who runs and executive produces the series, will also be on-board for the duration.
In the short term, fans can look forward to Season 4 premiering on June 17.
