Celebrity Death, Former Child Actor: Corey Haim
Corey Haim was a Canadian actor, known for a 1980s Hollywood career as a teen idol. He starred in a number of films, such as Lucas, Silver Bullet, Murphy's Romance, License to Drive, and Dream a Little Dream. His best-known role was alongside Corey Feldman in The Lost Boys, which made Haim a household name. He turned to drugs when his career basically slowed down, although the official cause of death was from pneumonia, though he notably procured 553 prescription pills from 7 different physicians in the 32 days prior to his death, including 195 Valium, 149 Vicodin, 194 Soma, and 15 Xanax. He died March 10, 2010 at the age of 38.

Dana Hill was an American actress and voice actress with a raspy voice whose childlike appearance limited her to playing young adolescent roles into her thirties, She stared in the films Shoot the Moon, Fallen Angel, and National Lampoon's European Vacation. She was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes at a young age. She eventually slipped into a diabetic coma and then suffered a massive stroke. She died July 15, 1996 at the age of 32.

Celebrity Death, Former Child Actor: Dana Plato
Dana Plato was an American actress notable for playing the role of Kimberly Drummond on the U.S. television sitcom Diff'rent Strokes from 1978 to 1986. She died after taking a fatal dose of Lortab and Valium before laying down for a nap while visiting her fiancé's mother in Moore, OK.. The death was eventually ruled a suicide. She died May 8, 1999 at age of 35.

Dorothy Dell was an American film actress. She won the most beautiful baby in Hattiesburg beauty contest when she was thirteen months old. Winning the Miss New Orleans title, when she was fifteen, she went on a Fanchon and Marco vaudeville tour for six months. She got a job with the Ziegfield Follies of 1931 when she arrived in New York City. She sang a solo, "Was I Drunk?” in the production. All of her films at Paramount were released in 1934. She died in an automobile accident on June 8, 1934 at the age of 19.

Gary Coleman was an American actor known for his childhood role as Arnold Jackson in Diff'rent Strokes. He slipped into a coma and passed away from a brain hemorrhage shortly after being taken off life support in a hospital near his Provo, UT home. Born in Illinois in 1968, e had multiple health problems stunting his growth at 4 feet 8 inches. However, Coleman's small stature and charming personality made him perfect for Hollywood. He died May 10, 2010 at the age of 42.

Heather O'Rourke was an American child actress. She was discovered at the age of five. Sadly, she passed away during surgery complications for acute bowel obstruction. She played Carol Anne in the 1982 film Poltergeist. She died February 1, 1988 at the age of 12.

She died July 21, 2006 at the age of 21.

Jonathan Brandis was an American actor, director, and screenwriter. Notable for staring in Ladybugs and SeaQuest DSV, was found alive, but unconscious, hanging from the neck in his home. It was later ruled a suicide. The friend who happened upon the scene summoned paramedics immediately, but the star died at Cedars-Sinai hospital the next day. He died November 12, 2003 at the age of 27.

Josh Ryan Evans was an American actor who became known for his role of Timmy in the soap opera Passions. Despite being one of the smallest actors in Hollywood at 37 inches, Josh proved quality early on in his life by creating and distributing his own business cards before he was even a teenager, Josh landed a spot on "The Dancing Baby" ice cream commercial, which led to his role in Baby Geniuses in 1999, where he played all the babies and did all the dancing. When the Passions star died his soap opera character was killed off, the diminutive star died of a congenital heart defect at a San Diego hospital on August 5, 2002 at the age of 20.

Judith Barsi was an American child actress. She began her career in television, making appearances in commercials and television shows, and later appeared in the films Jaws: The Revenge, The Land Before Time, and All Dogs Go to Heaven. She starred in Jaws: The Revenge and provided the voice of The Land Before Time. She died in a murder-suicide carried out by her father. Judith and her mother were shot, killed, and subsequently set on fire before he shot himself to death in the family's garage. She died July 25, 1988 at the age of 10.
