Continuum Returning To Syfy For Season 2

The Canadian sci-fi series will return to Syfy this summer.
Syfy announced today that science fiction cop drama Continuum will return for a second season on the network this coming summer. The Canadian-based series was already renewed up north last year, but today's news ensures the series will also continue for US audiences.

Season 2 of Continuum will premiere on Syfy on Friday, June 7, 2013 and will run for 13 episodes.

Baby Daddy Renewed For Third Season

Hot In Cleveland Renewed For Season 5

TV Land announced today that it has renewed Hot in Cleveland for a fifth season. The sitcom, which is the network's first original scripted series, will make it to the 100-episode mark during its next season. That milestone will also see the show become TV Land's first to qualify for syndication.

24 new episodes have been ordered for Season 5 of Hot in Cleveland. Shooting will begin this coming fall, but a premiere date has not yet been set.

Dexter To End After Season 8

The show's upcoming season will be its last.
It is being reported that Dexter will be ending after this upcoming season, its eighth. CBS Corporation President, Les Moonves, broke the news himself during a Q&A session today at Deutsche Bank's 2013 DbAccess Media and Telecom Conference. Showtime, Dexter's cable home, is a subsidiary of CBS Corporation.

FOX announced today that it has renewed freshman comedy The Mindy Project for a second season. The new show has had a solid start since premiering last September, earning the distinction of being the #1 new comedy of the season among Women 18-34.

FOX announced today that it has renewed freshman series The Followingfor Season 2. The Kevin Bacon-led thriller has been a mid-season success for the network, already becoming this season's #2 broadcast drama in Live+7 ratings after its first six episodes. The show's solid ratings, combined with praise from critics and audiences alike, make it easy to see why FOX was quick to pick the series up for a second season.
