Miley Cyrus To Host The MTV Video Music Awards

Miley Cyrus is an American singer, songwriter, and actress with a cheerful disposition that made her a teen superstar. Last year she won an award for Video of the Year, for "Wrecking Ball." Now she is hosting the MTV Video Music Awards. In fact, she announced the news in the best way possible, with a tweet joking that since MTV won't let her perform, she's found a different way to take part in the show.
