In this May 14, 2014 file photo, TV personality Joans Rivers attends A Celebration of Barbara Walters in New York. She died Thursday, Sept. 4, at 81. The New York state health department is investigating the circumstances surrounding Joan Rivers’s cardiac arrest during an outpatient procedure. Rivers was hospitalized Aug. 28, after going into cardiac arrest at a doctor's office.
