In the penultimate episode, the four remaining contenders facea single cooking task to earn a place in the final three and anopportunity to take part in a challenge of a lifetime. They areasked to prepare their interpretation of a classic dish thatwill showcase their growing cooking talent to judges JohnTorode and Gregg Wallace.
