It's the final heat of MasterChef: The Professionals, and thefour remaining hopefuls sample the pressure in the MasterChefkitchen across two challenges set by Monica, Marcus andGregg.First up is the infamous Skills Test, where the chefshave just 20 minutes to impress. It's Italian night for twocontenders as Monica challenges them to make a perfect plate ofcavatelli pasta served with chicken oysters, cime di rapagreens and a chicken sauce. To impress, the chefs will need toshow a delicate touch as they form perfect pasta shells byhand.Marcus's Skills Test is next, as the last two chefs inthis year's competition are faced with dishing up a pudding -poached pineapple served with a sabayon and some toffee popcornfor good measure.
