It':s Charity Night on Hell':s Kitchen! The top eightchefs will begin the week with an International CuisineChallenge. They will randomly be assigned a cuisine to inspirean original dish intended to transport Chef Ramsay across theglobe. Following the challenge, the chefs will report to thedining room for an especially important dinner service,Hell's Kitchen's Charity Night! This year, theshow will be honouring guests from The American HeartAssociation and the Connecticut Chapter of The Special Olympicsand the amazing work they do. Guests of honour, board membersand CEO's of both organizations will be in attendanceincluding Susan Lucci, herself! Each team will cook for one ofthe organizations and it is a huge test of organization andtiming for the remaining chefs.
