The losing contestants from the Sweet 16 Challenge in lastweek's episode are faced with the Birthday Cake pressure testand will have 90 minutes to bake a three-layer birthday cake.After a dramatic elimination, the remaining contestants aredropped off in the middle of a vegetable field and surprised bythe judges - Gordon Ramsay, Christina Tosi and guest judgeEdward Lee - who inform them of their next team fieldchallenge. The teams go head-to-head with 75 minutes to prepareand cook their dishes, followed by 45 minutes to serve morethan 100 hungry farmers. Then, the Top 10 contestants have 60minutes to prep, cook and plate a Nutella breakfast dish. Thewinner, who is safe from the next elimination challenge, alsogets to choose what dish the other contestants must prepare forthe challenge. Will it be paella, bibimbap or risotto?
